Terms & Conditions – Store Directory Listings

The Weekend Aquarist – Store Listing Plans

By purchasing a Store Listing Plan, you agree to the following terms:

1. Listing Validity

• Monthly plans are billed monthly and are valid for up to 12 months from the date of activation.

• After 12 months, the plan must be manually renewed to keep the listing active.

• Annual plans are valid for 12 months from the date of activation.

• Listings will appear in all issues of The Weekend Aquarist magazine published during the active subscription period.

• ​

2. Content Submission

• Store owners must submit accurate and complete details, including:
  Store Name, Address, Contact Number, Email, Keywords, and WhatsApp number (for QR code generation).

• For Premium Listings, logo files must be shared in high-resolution format (PNG/JPEG).

• The Weekend Aquarist reserves the right to format and optimise content to maintain design consistency.

• ​

3. Approval & Publishing Timeline

• Listings will be published in the next available issue after receipt of complete details and payment confirmation.

• Any delays in submission of content may result in deferred publication without extension of subscription period.

 

4. Changes & Updates

• Minor changes (contact details, keywords, etc.) are allowed once per month for active listings.

• Requests for updates must be submitted at least 7 days prior to publication deadline.

 

5. WhatsApp QR Code

• QR codes will be generated based on the mobile number provided.

• The Weekend Aquarist is not responsible for incorrect or non-functional QR codes due to incorrect information submitted.

 

6. Promotional Reel (Annual Plan Only)

• Annual subscribers are entitled to one promotional reel (up to 3 minutes) during the subscription period.

• Reel production will be scheduled in consultation with the store owner.

• Final creative direction, editing, and publishing decisions will remain with The Weekend Aquarist.

• The reel will be shared on TWA platforms and may also be used by the store for their own marketing.

 

7. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable once the listing is confirmed and processed.

• Annual plans, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

• Monthly plans are valid for up to 12 months and require manual renewal thereafter.

• No partial refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods.

 

8. Content Guidelines

• Listings must be relevant to the aquarium, aquascaping, or allied pet industry.

• The Weekend Aquarist reserves the right to reject or remove any listing that is misleading, inappropriate, or not aligned with the platform’s standards.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

• The Weekend Aquarist does not guarantee business leads, sales, or customer conversions from the listing.

• The platform provides visibility and promotional exposure, not assured commercial outcomes.

 

10. Modification of Plans

• The Weekend Aquarist reserves the right to revise pricing, format, or features of listing plans for future subscribers.

• Existing active subscriptions will continue as per the terms at the time of purchase, till the term ends.
