2. Subscriptions & Orders

All subscription purchases and one-time print issue orders are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.

Orders are processed based on the subscription data we collect before each print run; surplus copies are not held in stock.

 

3. Delivery & Responsibility

We aim to deliver all print subscriptions within the estimated timeframes provided. However, delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control (postal delays, regional disruptions, etc.).

Digital subscriptions are delivered via third-party platforms like Magzter, and access is governed by their terms of use.

 

4. User-Generated Content

By submitting photos, articles, or other materials for publication, you confirm you have the rights to the material and grant us permission to use, display, and reproduce it across our platforms.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

Any issues related to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, delivery carriers) must follow their respective processes.

 

6. Governing Law

The laws of India govern these terms. Any disputes will be resolved under applicable Indian jurisdiction.
