At The Weekend Aquarist, we take great care to produce and deliver each magazine issue with passion and commitment. As a small, independent business, our print production runs are carefully planned and aligned with subscription numbers and confirmed orders.

Because of this, all orders placed — including subscriptions and single-issue purchases — are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once confirmed.

We kindly ask our readers to review their order details carefully before completing a purchase.

 

Why We Follow This Policy

  • Print copies are produced specifically based on advance subscription numbers, ensuring we manage production efficiently and sustainably.

  • As a small-scale publisher, we do not hold surplus stock or operate on a large distribution model like mainstream publishing houses.

  • This approach helps us minimize waste, keep costs reasonable, and deliver a high-quality, niche product to our readers.

 

Damaged or Missing Orders

If you receive a print issue damaged in transit or do not arrive within the expected delivery timeline, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to assess the situation and, where possible, provide a replacement.
