Replacement Request Process (for Damaged or Missing Orders)

At The Weekend Aquarist, we want every subscriber to enjoy their magazine in perfect condition. While we work hard to ensure safe and timely delivery, occasionally issues may arise during shipping.
Eligibility for Replacement
We will consider replacement requests under the following conditions:
✅ The print issue was damaged during delivery (e.g., torn pages, water damage, severely bent).
✅ The print issue did not arrive
Steps to Request a Replacement
1. Contact us at admin@weekendaquarist.com within 1 day of receiving the damaged issue or within 7 days after the expected delivery date if not received.
2. Provide the following details:
Full Name and Subscription ID / Order Number
Delivery Address
Description of the issue (damaged or missing)
Clear photos showing:
• Outer packaging (including delivery label)
• Damaged issue (cover + affected areas)
3️. Our team will review the request and, if eligible, arrange for a one-time replacement copy to be sent to you.
Important Notes
We cannot process replacements for damage caused by handling after delivery or due to incorrect delivery details provided by the subscriber.
Replacements are subject to available stock; if a replacement is not available, we will contact you to explore alternatives.
